City Council will hear ‘recreational’ cannabis ban

 

The Fresno City Council will hold a public hearing on a draft ordinance to prohibit adult-use or “recreational” cannabis businesses. The ordinance was prepared after a 4-3 council vote to ban dispensaries and other business types made legal by Proposition 64, the Adult Use of Marijuana Act.
